We harvest Pacific oysters off the coast at Molsbjerg. We meet at Kongensbro on Helgenæs. We prepare the Oysters we harvest and serve with our Gin and Akvavit. You must taste our unique product MonoAstro, which is concentrated Oysters. You get it clean and like an Oyster Martini, as it is served at Fiskebaren on Flæsketorvet in Copenhagen. You will receive a code for our webshop that will be valid for the week. Have you can shop with a discount of 10%.
Bring paders or high rubber boots. It is a good idea to wear warm socks in your boots. Remember jersey socks and a pair of warm boots if the accident happens and the rubber boots flood.

The story of Bullseye Spirits Distillery began in 2020 when we set out to develop a gin that we liked ourselves, using only ingredients harvested locally from the Mols Bjerge area. We succeeded in our mission and soon discovered that there were others who shared our taste.
